To book on Main Floor, Main Floor Top or VIP Area it is necessary to pay your reservation in advance. You can enjoy that amount in drink consumption, and in some events, you can also use it for food consumption (finger food menu).

If for any reason you cannot come to the event, you must give notice at least 24 hours before the reservation time to obtain a refund.

The answer is no. This year the capacity is very limited due to the current health situation, with all customers seated at tables, either in the Dance floor/Cocktail Bar area, in the Bottle Service area, or in the Restaurant. That is why we need to monitor the available places and the number of clients and reservations. Customers who show up at Cova Santa without prior reservation will not be able to enter. These measures are subject to changes that we will announce on all our channels if necessary.
The minimum number of people for a reservation in the restaurant is 2, and between 2 and 4 for the rest of the areas, depending on the day and the event. This season we have to optimize the space to the maximum due to the reduced capacity that we have. We appreciate your understanding and hope this changes very soon.
Minors can come to the restaurant as long as they are accompanied by at least one adult.
Adults will be responsible at all times for minors who accompany them.
Minors are not allowed access to the Main Floor, Main Floor Top and VIP areas.
Restaurant: It offers a first class avant-garde and creative cuisine, Mediterranean with ethnic touches. The music can be heard perfectly and you can also see both the stage and the main floor.
The mandatory minimum consumption per person may vary depending on the event. To give you an idea, on regular days without special events, the mandatory minimum consumption is € 125, and in special events the amount may be higher. Main Floor: It is the area located on the Cova Santa dance floor, so it is the area closest to the stage. This season there are tables of different sizes from where you can enjoy the best drink and the most delicious Finger Food.

Main Floor Top: It is the area located above the Cova Santa dance floor, close to the restaurant and integrated into the VIP Area. It is an area of small private areas designed to offer an experience superior to the Main Floor where you can enjoy the best premium drink and the most delicious Finger Food.
The prices depend on the event and you can see them on the web through the reservation calendar. The minimum number of people for each table in this area can vary from 4 to 8.
VIP Area: It is the most exclusive area in which to enjoy any event. The VIP area is arranged in different heights, in the form of balconies that offer the best visibility of the stage and the best comfort thanks to the tables, the comfort of their seats and the totally personalized treatment by our staff. These tables also feature the Finger Food menu, as well as the best selection of premium bottles.
The minimum number of people per table and prices may vary depending on the event, and a prepayment of the total price must be made to secure the reservation at the time of confirmation. In this area the cancellation policy is 48 hours, that is, if you cannot come, you must notify at least 48 hours before the time of the reservation, otherwise we will charge your account the amount you have advanced.
If you made the reservation through the web, you can cancel through the cancellation button in the confirmation email, and if you reserved through vip@oasisgrancanaria.com because it is a special event, you should contact vip@oasisgrancanaria.com again to cancel the reservation.
In the case of the main floor, main floor top and VIP Area (if the VIP Area is booked directly through the web) you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will refund the entire amount you paid. You must cancel through the cancellation button that appears in the confirmation email that we previously sent you.
For reservations at the Restaurant, you must notify the cancellation at least 24 hours in advance through the cancellation button that appears in the confirmation email you received. If you do not do it within that period, we will charge € 80 per person in the account associated with the card that appeared in the reservation of the holder who made it.
And in the case of the VIP Area reserved for certain events, you must notify a minimum of 48 hours so as not to lose the prepayment of the reservation by contacting vip@oasisgrancanaria.com

The deadline for making reservation changes is 5pm. You can modify it by contacting our team through the email reservas@oasisgrancanaria.com (main floor, main floor top, VIP Area and restaurant) or vip@oasisgrancanaria.com (VIP Area for certain events). Keep in mind that it is always necessary to receive a confirmation with the details of the modified reservation for it to be confirmed.
This happens when there are no more tables available with the requested characteristics.

No. Cova Santa works exactly the same as any other establishment in the Balearic Islands and we do not require this type of documentation to enter, since we trust in the responsibility of our clients and in the rest of the controls that are required on the island by the authorities.
We will be communicating the events on our channels, website and social networks as we have them confirmed. The operation during this season is not the usual one, so we may not be able to communicate the programming of certain events as far in advance as we would like. We always appreciate your understanding.
